  1. This scene is of a space fighter emerging from a bunker with a three-part door.
  2. It uses some objects included with Lightwave 3.5.

  4. I am particularly pleased with the way the door opens, and with the camera
  5. track.  The bunker itself was put together fairly quickly (I think it shows!)
  6. The camera is locked onto a null object, along with two "blanking plates".
  7. The plates stop excess light getting into the shot when a light source is in
  8. the top or bottom areas.  (ie. out of the shot, but still in the real screen
  9. area).

  11. To use this object, simply copy the files into the appropriate directories
  12. in your 3D directory.
